Booking Information

Please check the Prices and Availability pages.   Before booking please contact us so we can hold your dates pending receipt of your booking form and your deposit.

You will find these are fairly standard, and include settlement of the balance 8 weeks prior to departure, at which time a deposit of £200 against damage or breakage is also due. At the end of the rental the latter will be returned promptly minus any (unlikely) deductions.

Bookings
To proceed with a reservation, click here and print off the Booking Form (opens in a new window). Return it as soon as possible to the address given on the form together with the non-refundable deposit of 25% of the holiday cost. Cheques should be made out  to Aileen Smith.  Direct transfers to our bank account are also accepted.

We will send you a letter on receipt of the deposit  to confirm your booking details.  On receipt of the balance we will send you a final confirmation letter and any relevant instructions.  If we are arranging your pickups you will be taken directly to the Villa and you will settle your transfer costs on arrival

It is a condition of rental that all members of the party have comprehensive travel insurance for the period of the rental
