We have furnished and equipped the Villa to be as comfortable and flexible as possible.
Each bedroom has a roomy en-suite and a balcony. All have stunning open views to the front of the Villa. . All bedrooms have generous fitted wardrobes giving ample storage and all bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers & air conditioning.
A spacious living / dining room which also has a TV / DVD & CD player opens onto the pool area. A separate sitting room is equipped with an LCD TV , DVD player, Playstation 2 and a HI-FI and leads onto a roomy balcony with a table and chairs. This is the ideal spot to sip your drink and watch the sun go down. Should you wish to eat inside there is a stylish and comfortable dining table in the living room.
As you would expect in a villa of this quality the kitchen is large and fully equipped with top of the range "silver" goods. Naturally the fridge / freezer is a big one. A big fridge is absolutely essential to chill your beer and the white wine!. Small details can make all the difference so things you take for granted at home such as numerous ice-cube trays and other household "essentials" are all provided.
In addition to the 3 en-suite shower-rooms there are two additional cloakrooms. It means there will never be a queue for the "smallest room"

Exterior
The pool is a roomy 55 m2 which is great for either a good swim ... or for having fun wrestling with the inflatable lounger! The wide arc of tiled steps gives easy and safe access into the pool. If you aren't a keen swimmer or have simply tired yourself out, a semi-submerged seat on the pool steps feels just as good.
In 2008 we added a traditional Turkish "koshk". This provides excellent shade if you want to get out of the sun and relax on the long cushions.
In 2009 we built a further large shaded terrace area which is perfect for outside dining.
The Villa has a BBQ built in the garden. There is nothing better than a leisurely evening BBQ whilst you relax around the pool in the stunning surroundings.
The ultimate luxury is perhaps unglamorous , but the rotary clothes drier ("whirlie") certainly makes life easier for whover draws the short straw to do the washing !
Villa Management
Our Villa is managed by a small local English owned company who understand the standards we expect. They are contactable 24x7 if needed.
Complimentary Extras
We like to make life comfortable so to ensure you don't arrive to bare cupboards there will be a complimentary "welcome pack" on your arrival. There will be tea , coffee , bread, jam , cheese, butter water, milk and fruit juice.
You will also be visited early in your holiday by the girl we looks after our Villa. She is an expert on the area. She will check everything is OK and will give you any information you need be that Villa related or about your holiday generally.
Club Orka Hotel
Guests have full use of Club Orka Hotel facilities. Club Orka is a 4* hotel and is one of the best in the area.
Club Orka Hotel is approximately a 7 minute walk away. Facilities include
